Interview Guarantee: We know your new resume is going to produce results, and to prove it we have a 60-day interview guarantee. If your new resume doesnot generate an invitation to interview within 60 days, notify us and we will revise your resume one time absolutely free!

In order for the guarantee to be honored, we require that you apply using your resume along with a cover letter either written or approved by Haute Resume & Career Services LLC. The only other condition is that you do not change the content, wording or formatting of your resume..... Any contact from a potential recruiter, an employer, or HR agency is regarded as interest and an invitation for an interview. The contact can be either by telephone, via e-mail, or personal correspondence.It is your responsibility to proofread the final copy for errors and/or omissions, and bring these to our attention before final printing or emailing. Note: Your final documents will not be mailed until we receive your authorization that the documents are error free. Due to the inherent differences between computers and printers, you may find that the document does not print properly. This could be due to one or thousands of factors...the fonts, the page defaults, the printer you're using, or the software. Problems of this type however, can usually be attributed to the inbuilt page defaults imposed on the document by your own printer. The main causes for concern are that inkjet and some older laser printers do not print the bottom border of your document. While we take every step to ensure your satisfaction, some issues are beyond our control and require you to make adjustments on your end.

Publication: Your resume may be fictionalized in order to be published in articles, columns, books, and industry-related publications at the discretion of HRCS, and with the understanding that ALL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION (name, address, employer name, and so forth will be fictionalized to protect confidentiality.

Rush Fees: Projects that require less than a 7–business day turnaround may incur an additional 25% rush fee.

Refunds: Once you have paid for your services and received our proprietary resume worksheets there will be no refunds. You acknowledge that in order to meet your project deadline we may be required to turn away additional projects from other clients and that time is compensable.

Your worksheets will be sent via email. Occasionally they can be caught up in junk mail or SPAM filters. If you are still unable to locate them, please call (866) 695-9318 to report a problem with delivery.
